3. How do I order?
Simply pre-order through our Home Meal site. Your meals will be ready when you need them — no stress, no last-minute decisions.
4. Can I order for multiple days?
Absolutely! Choose from 1 to 20 weekday meals in advance. Plan for a day, a week, or even a month — convenience is yours.
5. Can I customize my meal?
Not yet — we focus on consistent quality and freshness. But we’re working on expanding options to suit more preferences soon.
6. How are meals delivered?
Meals are safely packaged for freshness and convenience, so you can enjoy them as intended at home or at work.

Definitions
- “Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or entity placing an order or using the Service.
- “Products” refer to the meals, food items, and related goods supplied by Sushi King Home Meal.
- “Delivery Address” refers to the location provided by the Customer for delivery.
- “Meal Plan” refers to the meal delivery option chosen by the Customer, including daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or any other available plan.
Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years old, and
- Capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
By using the Service, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Orders and Payment
- All orders must be placed through approved Sushi King Home Meal platforms.
- Payments must be made at the time of order using the available payment methods.
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- The Company reserves the right to change menu items, prices, and availability without prior notice.
Meal Plans
- Meal Plans may be prepaid daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
- You may select your plan (e.g., meal selections, delivery frequency) subject to cut-off times communicated by the Company.
- Meal fees are non-transferable and non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.
Delivery Policy
- Deliveries will be made to the Delivery Address provided by you.
- Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, operational limits, or unforeseen circumstances.
- You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the Products at the delivery time.
- If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or other Customer-related issues, the order shall be considered fulfilled. No re-delivery or refund will be provided except at our discretion.
Product Quality & Food Safety
- All Products are prepared following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Products should be consumed immediately upon delivery.
- The Company is not responsible for issues arising from improper handling, storage, or delayed consumption by the Customer.
Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items
- If Products delivered are incorrect, missing, or damaged, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery via our official customer support channels.
We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion after verification.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Except in cases where there is a problem with the delivery (such as non-delivery) or a problem with the product (such as shortage, error, or damage), cancellations and refunds requested by the Customer will not be accepted.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
- Customers must verify ingredients and menu descriptions before ordering.
- Sushi King Home Meal does not guarantee allergen-free preparation. Cross-contamination may occur.
- The Customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring suitability based on their dietary needs.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal, contact, and delivery details.
- Ensure timely receipt of deliveries.
- Use the Service in accordance with applicable laws.
- Refrain from reselling any Products.
Promotions & Discounts
- Promotions are subject to separate terms. The Company may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.
Force Majeure
- We are not liable for failure to perform due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, accidents, labour disputes, war, or disruptions in transportation or utilities.
Personal Data Protection
- Use of the Service constitutes your consent to the Company’s collection, use, and disclosure of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Malaysia and our Privacy Policy.
Amendments
- We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
