RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Partnership with Operational Division for a quality and talent stability.
– Perform employee engagement and relation for positive and healthy organizational culture
– Liaison with local authority bodies in relation to the employee’s related issue (MOHR, SOCSO and other authorised bodies)
– Handling on foreign workers related matters and liason with related bodies (MOHA, MOFA, Immigration, Embassy and other authorised bodies)
– Handling payroll eficiency and maintaining the compliance at all the times.
– Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management or superior.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
– Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and others).
– Pleasant personality and high level of commitment.
– Self-motivated, able to work independently including weekend and holidays.
– Willing to travel.
– Able to start immediately would be an advantaged.
– Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
QUALIFICATION:
• Candidate must possess a Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Understand Employment Act and Labour Law.
- Minimum 3 year of working experience in HR field.
