JOB SCOPE
F&B Trainer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop product training material and training aid for chef training (eg: pictorial standard recipe & video)
- Manage Sushi King Career Advancement Program for restaurant team.
- Involve in team building activity for restaurant team.
- Review food preparation process flow with chef.
- Conduct simple cooking demonstration for restaurant team.
- Manage the yearly training calendar to ensure all trainings planned are conducted.
- Prepare training report for all training conducted by Training Centre.
- Manage standard Quality food and improve training process and material.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
SPECIAL SKILLS:
- Like to meet people, outgoing, good- interpersonal skill and motivates people around.
- Team player and fast learner with good communication both verbal and written.
- Possess own transport, willing to travel and seeking challenging working environment.
- Working experience or knowledge in culinary related to the field will be an added value.
- Good leadership with excellent interpersonal skill.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, passionate and committed at work of F&B environment.
- Possess positive analytical and critical thinking in trouble-shooting.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication.
 REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Certified ISO22000/HACCP Lead Auditor and Food Handler Trainer will be additional advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in SUBANG JAYA.
- Willing to travel extensively with own car.
