ORGANIZER
• This Contest is organized by Sushi King (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

CONTEST PERIOD
• The Contest shall run from 25 May 2026 to 16 August 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
• Only entries received during the Contest Period shall be eligible.
• The Contest shall be conducted over ten (10) weekly draw periods within the Contest
Period, as determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion.

ELIGIBILITY
• The Contest is open to all Malaysian residents aged eighteen (18) years and above.
• Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family
members are not eligible to participate.
• The Organizer reserves the right to request valid identification documents for verification purposes.

PARTICIPATING OUTLETS
• This Contest is valid at all Sushi King outlets in Malaysia, excluding kiosks and any
outlets as may be specified by the Organizer.
• This Contest shall not be valid in conjunction with Sushi King Bonanza or Buffet
Week promotions.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
• To participate in the Contest, participants must:
o Be a registered Sushi King App member;
o Purchase any two (2) Yakiniku Set Meals in a single receipt at a participating
outlet; and
o Scan their Sushi King App member QR code at the cashier during payment.
• Upon successful completion of a qualifying transaction, one (1) entry shall be
automatically recorded in the system.
• Only transactions where the QR code is successfully scanned at the point of
purchase shall be considered valid entries.
• Each qualifying receipt shall entitle the participant to one (1) entry only.
• Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is supported by a separate
qualifying receipt.

WEEKLY DRAW MECHANICS
• Each entry shall be valid for the weekly draw period in which it is earned.
• Entries shall not be carried forward to subsequent weekly draw periods unless
otherwise determined by the Organizer.
• The determination of each weekly draw period shall be at the sole discretion of the
Organizer.

PRIZES
• One (1) MacBook Neo shall be awarded per weekly draw period.
• A total of ten (10) winners shall be selected throughout the Contest Period.
• All prizes are:
o Non-transferable;
o Non-exchangeable; and
o Not redeemable for cash.
• The model, specifications, and colour of the prize shall be subject to availability and
determined at the Organizer’s discretion.
• All taxes, duties, and any additional costs associated with the prize shall be borne by the winner.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
• Winners shall be selected via a random computerized draw from all eligible entries.
• Winners shall be announced weekly via:
o Sushi King Malaysia’s official Instagram page; and/or
o Official email communication.
• Winners shall be contacted using the details registered in the Sushi King App.
• A participant shall be eligible to receive a prize only once throughout the entire
campaign period. In the event that a participant whose name has previously been
selected as a winner is drawn again, the organizer reserves the sole and absolute
right to disqualify such participant and select an alternative winner.

CLAIMING OF PRIZES
• Winners must respond within seven (7) days from the date of notification.
• Failure to respond within the stipulated period shall result in forfeiture of the prize,
and the Organizer reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
• Winners may be required to collect the prize at a location designated by the
Organizer.
• Any costs incurred in claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner unless
otherwise stated.
• Any unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited.

DISQUALIFICATION
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
o Provides false, inaccurate, or incomplete information;
o Violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions; or
o Is suspected of fraudulent or abusive conduct.

PUBLICITY
• By participating in this Contest, participants agree to allow the Organizer to use their
name, image, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without
additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

LIABILITY
• The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result
of participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of the prize.
• The Organizer shall not be responsible for:
o Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; or
o Technical malfunctions or system failures affecting participation.

DATA PROTECTION
• By participating in this Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and
processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws and the
Organizer’s privacy policy.

RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER
• The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the
Contest at any time without prior notice.
• The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final and
binding. No appeals shall be entertained.

GENERAL
• Participation in this Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of Malaysia.
• The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance
due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control
