
November 2023 Bonanza
1.1. The Sushi King Bonanza Spin & Win (the “Campaign”) is organised by Sushi King and its related companies (the “Company”). Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “the organiser” refer to the Company.
2.1. The Campaign is open to all Sushi King MY App members, aged 16 years and above at the time of entry.
3.1. Dine-in and get one (1) chance to spin with every 15 plates of RM3.50 items on the Kaiten and Bonanza Specials (excluding beverages) purchased in a single transaction.
3.2. Participant must present a valid member QR code during payment to be scanned in order to get the chance to spin the wheel. Spin (s) will be given for every one (1) transaction successfully made.
3.3. The spin (s) will be credited into the member’s account upon completion of a Bonanza transaction. Participant must utilise the spin on the same day of the transaction. Expired, unutilised spins cannot be replaced.
3.4. By participating in this Campaign, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4.1. A total of 60,040 prizes have been allocated for this Campaign. The prizes consist of 4 units of Apple iPhone 15 worth RM4,399, 8 units of 3,000 Smile Points worth RM150, 12 units of 2,000 Smile Points worth RM100, 20 units of 1,000 Smile Points worth RM50, 5,000 units of 20% Off Double Cheesy Ebi Ten Roll vouchers, 5,000 units of 20% Off Akauo Teriyaki Don vouchers, 5,000 units of RM10 Original Karaage vouchers, 5,000 units of 10% off Unagi Kabayaki vouchers, 10,000 units of Free Pink Plate vouchers, and 30,000 units of Free Ice Shizuoka Cha vouchers (the “List of Prizes”).
There will be no additional replacements of any of the prizes that may be fully redeemed before the Campaign ends. Any remaining prizes that have not been redeemed will be removed at the end of the Campaign.
4.2. Prizes will be credited into the Member’s account immediately, except for the Grand Prize and Smile Points (3,000 Smile Points, 2,000 Smile Points and 1,000 Smile Points). Winners for these categories will be contacted by the Organizer at the end of the Campaign.
4.3. Each winner must present their original identification document (such as Passport or Identity Card) for verification and for prize collection. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the prize in the event the provided personal details doesn’t tally with information in their membership.
4.4. Employees of the Company are not eligible to redeem the Grand Prize and Smile Points.
5.1. The duration of the Campaign is for a total of 4 days, according to the Sushi King Bonanza promotion period namely, 21 – 24 November 2023.
5.2. Campaign begins at 10.00am (different for individual outlet) on 21 November 2023, and ends at 11:59 pm on 24 November 2023 at Sushi King Outlets except Kiosk.
5.3. Spins submitted after the Entry Period will not be eligible/replaced. Expired and unutilised spins cannot be replaced.
6.1. The judging will be conducted by an automated system, which will automatically select a prize for the participant in the form of an e-voucher through Sushi King MY App.
6.2. Sushi King reserves the right to conduct manual judging at our sole discretion.
7.1. The prize will be announced immediately on a pop-up window on the member’s Sushi King MY App after the participant has spin the Bonanza wheel.
7.2 The winners of the Grand Prize and Smile Points will be announced in the Organiser’s owned social media assets and website.
7.3 Participants agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
7.4. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
8.1. Redemption is valid for dine-in from 28 November t0 31 December 2023 at all Sushi King Restaurants except Sushi King Kiosk.
8.2. All prices for discounted item are subject to 10% Service Charge & 6% Service Tax.
8.3. Cannot be redeemed with other voucher, except Sushi King Cash Voucher.
8.4. Rewards redemption is limited to one (1) member per bill.
8.5. Members may redeem up to two (2) rewards in a single transaction from a single member account on top of Smile Points redemption.
8.6. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the product of equivalent value without any prior notice.
8.7. Redemption is subject to stock availability.
8.8. No Smile Points may be earned or redeemed for discounted items.
8.10. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
8.12 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the prize in the event that the winner(s) cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
8.13. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
9.1. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend Campaign and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of an emergency, catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organiser’s control. Any changes to the Campaign will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Organiser.
9.2. The Organiser does not accept responsibility for damages arising from or related to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to network failure, computer viruses or unauthorised access.
9.3. The Organiser will display the names of the winners and the titles of the winning entries on contest-related websites and social media accounts, write-ups, and in other publications where the works are shown.
9.4. In the event that a winner is found to be disqualified after a prize is awarded, the award may be revoked and the entrant will be requested to return the prize.
9.5. The Organiser may disclose to judges, and to third parties overseeing the contest, such personal information as may be required for contest management.
